Thanksigiving

It has been a year since we moved back Calgary. Time sure flies by! Mason is in pre-school and Isabelle is walking. This year we had our first family Thanksgiving at home and I made turnkey by myself for the first time as well. I'm not sure it was the turkey or making the meal but boy I was tired after the feast. We are so thankful for our family and friends around the global. We are thankful to know everyone is in good health. We treasure those beautiful Thanksgivings we had with our dear friends in Taiwan. Happy Thanksigiving!

Wrapping up Fall

We made it out to the farm to wrap up the beautiful fall we have this year. The weather was so great except it was so sunny that we can hardly open our eyes. There were so many children friendly activities, I simply love it to see my kids having so much fun. Seeing their smiles and hearing their laughs simply warm my heart and I just know I have done something wrong as a parent.

love the contrast of blue sky and bright organge pumpkins

Jumped on this strawberry bouncy thing for like..LONG time

I'm gonna do it, mommy

Visit another touristy spot of Alberta

Okay, I know we have been to the lake many times and it is such a touristy destination but it is undoubtly beautiful so we went to Lake Louis again but it was the first time for the kids. Our original place was to also visit Marian lake or even drop in Banff for a bit since they're all next to each other. Boy do we think like single people with no kids?? We spent 5 hours just by the lake! We had lunch in front of the lake and took a TWO km around the lake and that was it. We loved it and we feel really relax (sort of..after all, we still have chase after Mason and Isabelle). I love how Mason says, "wow, look at the lake, its so beautiful and Heavanly Father made it for us." He certainly did creat it for us and no mamade creation can be this stunning.

I always adore the Father and Son site

summer-here and there

Saying goodbye to summer and I wasn't even sure it actually started. We only needed to use the fans like 5 times throughout the summer. It is only mid-September, we already have flurries. There hasn't been much of fall either because it has been raining for the last 3 weeks, yes we are about to have green spots on our bodies. As short it has been, we have tried to enjoy the most of the summer and here are some:

The kids and I went to a Stampede breakfast

Listening to the country band and have pancakes and susages

Fighting for cotton candy at a Stampede lunch

Get all the Vitamin D we can

Get all the dirt in as possible bc it'll only be snow soon

Afternnon nap is much needed in a 'bulk sofa'

Swing away like a kite without bundling up like a snowman

Assist the spainkler to do its job

Enjoy the swing under warm sunshine

Lawn chair theater

Calway park

Giving Mason a chance to drive

Loving the green grass

Being boys under warm sun light

City boy who gets imtimdit in a petting zoo

Spider boy

our butterfly
