Christmas season

I may have say this every year but I do I do I so love Christmas. It means even more to me after I`m baptised at our church. I absolute love everything about this holiday. I love all the music the happiness in the air, baking goods, decoring the house, making crafts, cooking the feast, sparkly white snow and most of all-seeing loved ones! This year I had made it even busier for myself as I began our family tradition to do Christmas count-down. I had scheduled different activities each day on top of all the baking and cooking and projects I had planned. By the 15th, we were 5 activities behind. They were all fun our family; however, my favorite one would be to see Nativity Pageant. It was truly spiritual! It was so beautiful and it still made us miss Taipei 7th ward so much. It was outdoor and its nothing like in a semi-tropical island when it`d be like +24 degree in December. It was freezing -30 or colder and we had to line up so we were out there for over an hour. I serisouly couldn`t feel my toes and I was grateful that the kids lasted the whole time. Another favoite activity was to do a service as a family, we started something small this year; we only went deliver secret Santa`s gifts to a family. I was glad that at least Mason got to sort of know what it was about. He was so excited and happy giving the service. We also received gifts from the secret Santa, it warmed our hearts in such profound way, the only thing that came to our minds was that we cannot wait to serve others more. We felt a glimps of how Christ feels to be able to serve others. We again made it down to southern Alberta to see family. It was so wonderful to see almost everyone. I especially love watching my children playing with their cousins. It is simply priceless. We also started the tradition that we will always have our little family`s Christmas dinner on Eve night. I spent literally the whole day cooking from scratch and by the time to have our blessed feast, my kids ONLY want the dinner roll that I bought. Yes, I thought, why cook like this for 2 adults... Nevertheless, it is a tradition I`ll want to keep up so our kids would have this in their hearts (I HOPE).

Our 1st nativity set (I wish I had started collecting them back then when I needed to travel so much)

Mason wanted to sleep in the ``chimney``so he can wait for the Santa

 Gotta make ginger bread house

 Dinner is finally served!

Mason was so full after ONE bun and he was all hungry again for dessert
